All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee for one night’s room and tax for each room reserved.
Orchid Event Solutions will send reservation acknowledgements within 24 hours via email if booked online or phone; fax and mail acknowledgements will be sent within 72 hours of receipt. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, contact Orchid Event Solutions. You will not receive a written confirmation from the hotel.
Reservations cancelled after October 3, 2019 will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee for each room cancelled charged by Orchid Event Solutions. Deposit of one night’s room and tax will be forfeited entirely if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of arrival date, please refer to your hotel’s individual cancellation policy found on you acknowledgement letter. Through October 20, 2019 send requests for changes and cancellations in writing to Orchid Event Solutions via e-mail ([email protected]) or fax to 801-355-0250. After October 20, 2019, contact hotels directly to make changes and cancellations.

Groups may reserve a block of 10 rooms or more at a conference hotel by printing the CanWEA 2014 Group Block Form and faxing the completed form to (801) 355-0250. Please be advised that group sub-blocks are not available in every hotel and can only be applied to a certain number of rooms within each hotel so it is possible that a hotel may no longer be available for group sub-blocks but could still accept individual reservations which would be subject to the normal cancellation policies. Final rooming lists with individual names for each room reserved will be due by August 28, 2019. If a rooming list is not received by August 28, 2019, the group block will be cancelled. Cancellations after October 3, 2019 will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee per room. One night’s room and tax will be forfeited if a cancellation occurs within 24 – 48 hours of arrival date (depending on the specific hotel’s cancellation policy as noted in your acknowledgement letter).
