Tad Miller

Tad Miller is the Vice President of Operations & Maintenance EDF Renewable Services, formally enXco, and is responsible for all O&M activities throughout North America. Tad’s current responsibilities include the implementation and supervision of internal controls, oversight of the management, operation, maintenance, service, and repair of wind turbines and wind turbine components at EDF Renewable Services owned wind project sites as well as third-party sites. In addition he oversees the management of the Operations Control Center.

Tad joined EDF Renewable Services in May, 1988, in Palm Springs, CA, as a technician and began writing maintenance manuals for EDF Renewable Services and became the first corporate safety manager writing the first safety manuals to be used throughout the company. Relocating to the Midwest in the mid-90’s, Tad became the first Midwest representative for Operations & Maintenance. Tad has been instrumental in the growth and development of EDF Renewable Services throughout the Midwestern states. Most recently Tad held the position of Director, Operations and Maintenance – U.S.

Tad has been recognized as a leader in O&M throughout his career. In 2006 he was presented with the Outstanding Achievement in Operations Award from the American Wind Energy Association.
